Politics Today: Diya Warns Against Politicisation Of Religion, Security
Politicians have been cautioned against politicizing religion and security to the inconvenience of the country at large.

Lt. Gen. Oladipo Diya (rtd.), previous Chief of General Staff (CGS), influenced the comment at the thanksgiving to benefit denoting the 70th Founder's Anniversary of United African Methodist Evangelical Church, in Abule-Ijesha, Yaba, Lagos.

As indicated by the resigned General, this will pull in God's favor on the country constantly.

Likewise, the Baba Ijo encouraged the pioneers to lead with the dread of God.

While offering thanks to God on the occasion, Diya begged Nigerians, particularly Christians, to be intense in their petitions for those in expert, for God's direction.

Rev. Zaccheus Sanyaolu, while aligning with the Baba Ijo’s recipe, pleaded with Nigerians to fully trust and adhere to God’s dictates for Almighty.

Eight senior members of the church were installed as Elders of the Church: Rowland Ikwenobe, Harriman Campbell, Folahan Thomas and Mrs. Beatrice Odede.

Others were Adeboye Odunsi, Comfort Adeyanju, Bukunola Diya-Seweje and Mrs. Dorcas Fadeyi.
