Chelsea have reached Jean Michael Seri's delegates over the likelihood of a summer transfer, as indicated by reports.

 But L'Equipe now report that Chelsea have made Seri a summer transfer target and have began negotiations for him.

He can leave Nice for €40million this summer due to a term in his contract.
